Information We Collect
We collect account, contact, donation, event, and identity information only when needed for membership, receipts, certificates, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.
How We Use Information
Information is used to manage membership, verify payments, issue certificates, communicate about activities, prevent abuse, and meet statutory obligations.
Payment Data
Card and UPI credentials are processed by Razorpay. Hope stores payment identifiers, amount, status, and reconciliation records, but not full card credentials.
Identity Data
Identity numbers are encrypted at application level. Access is limited to authorized administration and should be retained only as long as necessary.
Security and Retention
We use access controls, session expiry, encryption, audit logs, and data minimization. Records are retained according to operational and legal requirements, then securely deleted or anonymized.
