Accounts

You are responsible for accurate information and protecting your password and authenticator codes. Suspended or cancelled memberships cannot access protected services.

Donations

Donation certificates are valid only while the related payment remains verified. Refunded, failed, or disputed payments invalidate the certificate.

Availability

Services may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, payment reconciliation, security, or events outside reasonable control.
